LONG-STANDING supporter David Richardson has become Dumbarton’s new kit man, replacing Douglas Fyffe, who has stepped down to concentrate on business interests.
Douglas was recruited to the post last year, but has left to focus on his dental work at Vale Smile Care in Alexandria.
He leaves with thanks for his efforts from everybody at Dumbarton FC and best wishes for the future.
Fortunately, David has stepped into the breach seamlessly. He is a Sons supporter of decades’ experience and was also previously the club’s assistant secretary.
He has recently retired from his ‘day job’ with Chivas Brothers, and is delighted to once again be on the staff at the club he has supported all his life.
Welcome back to the DFC workforce David!
