SONS have completed a deal for winger Kalvin Orsi, who joins us from Morton and becomes the latest member of the squad for the coming season.
A product of the Aberdeen youth system, Kalvin joined St Mirren and made his senior debut in a Scottish Cup tie against Spartans.
Despite a loan spell with Queen’s Park, he was released by the Paisley side and joined Brechin City, where he stayed for two seasons.
In the 2019 close season, Morton handed Kalvin a return to full-time football, and he spent two seasons with them before being released from Cappielow.
He joined his new team-mates for the start of pre-season training today.
Manager Stevie Farrell said: “Kalvin is an exciting player with lots of ability and we look forward to seeing him in a Dumbarton shirt.
“He’s a player who I’m confident that our supporters will enjoy watching, with his attacking style of play.”
Look out for an interview with Kalvin on the club website later today.
