IT is with very deep sadness that we have learned that John Bush, a Dumbarton fan for many years and a matchday volunteer, has died.
John was a willing worker on the club’s behalf and right up until lockdown was imposed in 2020, could be found selling 50-50 half time draw tickets to supporters.
He was a passionate supporter of Dumbarton, often travelling to away games on the Sons Supporters Trust bus. He will be missed very much.
The thoughts of everybody at Dumbarton FC are with John’s family and friends at this very sad time.
