DUMBARTON have completed a deal for former Scotland under-21 winger Gregg Wylde, who joins until the end of next season after leaving East Kilbride.

The 30-year-old made his senior debut as a teenager with Rangers in 2009, and has gained extensive experience with clubs north and south of the border since then.

He most recently played in the SPFL for Clyde in 2020 before lockdown was imposed, and has been playing in the Lowland League since then.

Gregg played as a trialist in Saturday’s match at Falkirk.

Sons manager Stevie Farrell said: “Gregg is a vastly experienced player who has performed very well for East Kilbride in the first half of this season.

“He is ready for a return to the SPFL and has a lot to offer us. We look forward to having him with us.”

Welcome to DFC Gregg!
