MIDFIELDER Michael Garrity has returned to Morton with our best wishes for the future after turning out for us on loan.
The 20-year-old played 10 games during his time with Dumbarton and scored one goal, the clinching second in our 2-0 win over Stranraer last month.
Manager Stevie Farrell said: “Michael has been an important part of our squad during the opening part of the season.
“Competition for places in our midfield has been extremely strong and it is felt that it is best for him to return to Morton.
“We thank Michael for his efforts in a Dumbarton shirt, especially the goal against Stranraer, and wish him every success in the future.”
