KIRSTY Mackie’s funeral will take place on Wednesday 24th September, her family have announced.
The cortege will be leaving the Co-op in Alexandria at 2.30pm, and arriving at Cardross Crematorium at 3.15pm, and thereafter at Cardross Coach House.
Dumbarton FC will be represented at the funeral.
All players wore black arms bands to remember Kirsty (pictured here with manager Ian Murray), a much loved Sons fan who sadly and unexpectedly passed away last week, at the away fixture in Falkirk on Saturday.
Travelling supporters also arranged a minute’s applause near the beginning of the match.
