From corporate days and meetings to birthdays and engagement parties, Dumbarton Football Club are here to cater for all of your function needs.
You can tailor your event to how it suits you with three different room sizes available that hold up to 240 people and can be set out in a way that makes it convenient for your event.
We can also supply catering which is provided by our friends and partners at the Sons Rock and Roll café, situated within our stadium.
For a hire of less than five hours, our boardroom can hold 50 people and is available for £25 per hour whilst the Chivas Suite, which can take 120 people, is £38 per hour.
For larger events, the Community Suite can hold up to 240 people and is available for £48 per hour.
If hires are five hours and above, the board room is available for a straight fee of £100+VAT, the Chivas Suite for £200+VAT and the Community Suite for £250+VAT.
When it comes to catering, we can again offer a number of different buffet styles which are outlined below.
Cold buffet – sandwiches/cakes/satays/sausages – £9.95pp
Hot buffet – sandwiches/cakes/satays/pakora/bhajis/sausages – £11.95pp
Premium buffet – sandwiches/cakes/sausage rolls/pakora/bhajis/satays/sausages/mini pizzas – £13.95pp
Funeral tea – sandwiches/sausage rolls/cakes/scones/tea/coffee – £11.95pp
Tea/Coffee – £2.50pp + VAT
You will be looked after throughout your event by Lesley Leslie who will look after all of your needs.
