DUMBARTON will travel to Cumbria to face Workington AFC in a pre-season friendly on the evening of Tuesday, July 5.
Workington finished second in the Northern Premier League’s Division One West last season, a point behind champions Warrington Rylands, before losing to Marine in the playoffs for promotion to the Premier Division.
They are managed by ex-St Johnstone and Hearts defender Danny Grainger.
Kick-off at Borough Park will be at 7.45pm.
We will announce details of further pre-season friendly fixtures in due course.
