DUMBARTON FC has teamed up with Young Sons TV and Food for Thought Dumbarton to organise a foodbank collection during the current coronavirus pandemic.
Masterminded by Young Sons TV anchor Ben Lavery, the project aims to provide support to those who need it most during the outbreak of the illness.
Items including tinned meats, pastas, cereals, biscuits and milk will be welcomed and can be handed over at Food for Thought in St Augustine’s Church hall or Asda in Dumbarton. Arrangements for collection can also be made.
Full details are available on the Young Sons TV Facebook page here.
Dumbarton FC wholeheartedly welcomes this initiative and is delighted to see such strong spirit and willingness to help others at a difficult time for so many people.
