MIDFIELDER Finlay Gray has been named C&G Systems Player of the Month for August after winning a social media vote among our supporters.
The 20-year-old was named as Dumbarton’s top player after an excellent month which saw him start four of our first five league games, all of which ended in victory.
Finlay contributed two goals during that run, brilliant efforts against Annan Athletic and Stenhousemuir.
Supporters have been casting their votes from a shortlist over our Facebook and Twitter channels in recent days.
Well done Finlay, and keep up the good work. The award will be presented at our next home game, against Bonnyrigg Rose Athletic on Saturday, September 17.
