ON Tuesday, the Scottish Government confirmed changes to stadium and event guidance as part of the nation’s move to Level 2 in the exit from lockdown.
As a result, up to 500 people can now be involved in an outdoor event in a Level 2 area, which includes West Dunbartonshire.
While we are awaiting guidance as to what needs to happen, we very much hope to welcome supporters back to the C&G Systems Stadium for the second leg of our League One playoff final against Edinburgh City on Thursday, May 20.
This would be the first time we have had supporters in our stadium for 443 days. You have been missed enormously during this time and we would be delighted to have you back if the opportunity arose.
If it is possible to have supporters in the stadium, priority will be given to our season ticket holders.
We invite holders to contact the club to register their interest in attending the game, either by email to office@dumbartonfc.co.uk or by calling 01389 762569.
This should be done by 5pm on Monday, May 17. After this, any further places in the stand will be made available for general purchase.
