MIDFIELDER Rabin Omar and striker James Wallace have today completed loan deals until the end of the season, subject to paperwork, to Dumbarton on loan from Morton.
The 23-year-old Rabin started his footballing career in the Netherlands before joining the youth setup at Partick Thistle.
He joined Annan Athletic in 2014 and spent four years at Galabank before heading to the opposite end of Scotland with Elgin City.
His next stop was Cappielow at the start of this season, and he has gone on to play 14 games for Morton.
James, 20, also moved from the Highlands to Greenock at the start of this season, making the switch from Ross County.
He was on loan from the Dingwall side to Brora Rangers last season and has played two first team games for Morton, in Betfred Cup ties against Queen’s Park and Partick Thistle.
Manager Jim Duffy said: “These are two decent options to boost our squad as we head into a vital and hectic stage of the season.
“With so many fixtures coming up in such a short space of time, our squad has been needing additions, and we are confident that Rabin and James will serve us well.”
Rabin will wear the number 7 jersey, while James takes the number 9 shirt.
