Edinburgh City came from behind to defeat Sons at the Marbill Coaches Stadium.
Leighton McIntosh’s opener on the half hour was the least Dumbarton deserved for a dominant first-half, but the sides went in level at the break thanks to a neat Innes Lawson finish.
Lawson struck again early in the second-half, with a stunning high finish – with the strike ultimately proving the winner, as both Kai Kirkpatrick and Leighton McIntosh were denied by the woodwork.
