Dumbarton Football Club can confirm the kick-off time of the upcoming fixture with Cove Rangers has been moved an hour earlier.
The League One clash will now kick-off at 2:00pm at the Marbill Coaches Stadium on Saturday, November 2.
The moves come in a bid to reduce the clubs carbon footprint with usage of floodlights creating a considerable consumption of energy.
The earlier kick-off also reduces the amount of time spent travelling home in darkness by visiting supporters, officials and players and allow everyone in attendance more time to spend on a Saturday evening with friends and family.
This is the second time the club have moved a fixture an hour earlier with a 2-1 home victory over Stranraer also moved to a 2:00pm kick-off.
