SONS face Clyde at home on Saturday and we have news of how season ticket holders can watch the match live on our Pixellot platform free of charge.
Having been away for the last two Saturdays, Dumbarton are back at home and this is our season ticket holders’ first opportunity to use their ticket to gain virtual access.
If you are a season ticket holder and have already registered on our Pixellot platform, you do not need to register again.
Please send an email to office@dumbartonfc.co.uk with your name and the email address you have registered under.
The club has recently emailed season ticket holders at the address registered for their season ticket.
You will then be contacted with details of how to watch the game using your season ticket.
If you are not a season ticket holder, or a Clyde fan, then please make use of the following instructions. You should also follow these if you are a season ticket holder but did not register to watch the Dunfermline Athletic cup tie.
1. You will need a valid email address to register.
2. Go to https://dumbartonfc.univtec.com
3. On the first/home screen click the yellow/gold button saying “LOGIN” in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
4. Click on the blue text saying ‘sign up’ in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
5. To register fill out the required fields found on the next page. The fields will be: First name, last name, email and confirmation, password and confirmation.
6. Once the forms are completed tick the Terms & Conditions box and the black register button will appear on screen. Click on this to complete registration.
7. You will then be asked to subscribe to a plan of your choosing. If you have a season ticket then please click ‘No thank you – I will do it later’. Season ticket holders will be contacted with details of how to access the content free of charge.
8. When returning to the page as a registered user for future games click the yellow/gold button saying “LOGIN” in the top right-hand corner of the screen of the first/home page.
9. On the second page put in the email and password you registered with and click the black LOGIN button that appears.
If you are paying on the day, the match will be available to purchase from Wednesday at noon. The cost will be £12.
