GOALKEEPER Chris Smith has left Dumbarton with immediate effect due to work commitments in his role as a police officer.
The 35-year-old was in his second spell with the club and played 13 games across those two terms as a Sons player. He kept three clean sheets in that time and conceded only once in three games this season.
Everybody at DFC thanks Chris for his service to the club and wishes him well for the future.
