CHRIS HAMILTON RECALLED BY HEARTS

Friday 8th January 2021

CHRIS HAMILTON has returned to Hearts after they recalled him at the end of his current loan deal with Dumbarton.

The midfielder played 10 games in a Sons jersey, scoring one goal, against Clyde in the Betfred Cup.

Chris will spend the rest of the current season on loan to Stirling Albion.

He is the second loanee to be recalled from Dumbarton by his parent club this week, with Kevin Dabrowski having returned to Hibernian.

Manager Jim Duffy said: “Hearts have indicated to us that they would like Chris to return, with his loan deal having come to an end.

“He’s done well for us and has a real chance to progress back at his parent club. We will look forward to seeing how he gets on.”

Everybody at DFC thanks Chris for his efforts in a Dumbarton shirt and wishes him well for the future.
