BLADES WINGER JOINS ON-LOAN

Thursday 28th January 2016

SHEFFIELD United winger Kler Heh has joined Dumbarton on-loan subject to international clearance.

The attacking midfielder has been with United since age of 14, after being recommended by anti-racism charity FURD.

The 19-year-old Sheffield United winger was born and raised in a refugee camp for the Karen, a minority group facing oppression in Myanmar, before being relocated to Sheffield in 2006.

He captured the attention of the Blades’ youth academy and he signed a professional contract with the English League One side last summer.

Manager Stevie Aitken commented: “Our scout Stuart (Millar) has been busy and Kler is a player that we identified to come along.

“The arrangement suits both parties and I’m happy to have an addition to our squad.”

We hope you’ll join us in welcoming Kler to Dumbarton.
