IT’S a special day for Dumbarton’s commercial director Alan Findlay, who today reaches what we will call a milestone birthday.
Alan, a lifelong Sons fan and webmaster of this very site, may claim that he is barely old enough to remember the club’s Premier Division season of 1984/85. But don’t be fooled – the hairstyle says it all.
We won’t reveal the age Alan has now reached, but if you want a clue, think of the result of last season’s Scottish Cup tie against Alloa Athletic.
That’s the one that ended 5-0. Five-zero.
