DUMBARTON will face Kilmarnock, Ayr United, Clyde and Annan Athletic in the group stage of the Betfred Cup after this evening’s draw for the sectional stage.
The match with Killie will be a first competitive meeting of the sides since 1995, while Clyde boss Jim Chapman will face Sons as manager for the first time since he managed them to the Third Division title in 2009.
The fixture schedule will be announced next week, with ties to be played between Saturday, July 15 and Saturday, July 29.
