DUMBARTON FC is sending very best wishes to all businesses in the local area, as more re-open this week.

What are categorised as non-essential retailers, such as clothing shops, were able to reopen their doors on Monday 29th June. A greater number are following from today, Monday 13th July.

Sons director Neil Mackay said: “It’s been a hugely difficult time for everyone – owners and workers alike, but there are signs that things are getting back on track, if not exactly ‘normal’.

“Here at Dumbarton FC we are especially grateful for local businesses, for our sponsors, and for everyone who helps out on the commercial side.

“We know first-hand just how tough things are. Our own business activity, which keeps the football going, has obviously been hit. But with backing from our supporters and local people, we are keeping going.

“In the meantime, we at the Club are delighted to be forging a fresh relationship with the local Chamber of Commerce. There will be more about this shortly.

“We have also produced a new commercial brochure, which you can find online.

“In the meantime, we send our very best wishes to all businesses in the area this week. Stay safe and go well.”

Please remember that face coverings, physical distancing and hygiene precautions are still necessary in everything we do. Protect yourself and others at all times.
