WERE you fooled by our story earlier today that Stevie Aitken was making a playing comeback as part of Dumbarton’s squad against Morton?
Today is, of course, April Fool’s Day, and our ‘exclusive’ on the Sons gaffer was in fact a total spoof.
Stevie watched today’s win over Morton in his usual place in the dugout and has no plans to return as a player – not that we know of anyway!
Thanks to all for your responses, including Stevie himself when asked about it by the media after the game!
