ANTONIA IS MOVING ON TO PASTURES NEW

SONS administration manager Antonia Kerr is leaving the club after six years service at the Cheaper Insurance Direct Stadium.

Before joining Dumbarton in August 2010, she worked in football administration at Partick Thistle – a club she supports – from October 1999 to February 2010, covering all forms of administration from day to day matters to player contracts and the organisation of matches.

Antonia is not going to be lost to the game as following her four-week notice period she’ll be joining the staff at Greenock Morton.

She said: “I’ve loved my time at Dumbarton and have made lots of new friends.

“I’m obviously sad to be leaving but the opportunity at Morton is something I’m looking forward to.”

Vice-chairman Colin Hosie said : “Antonia has been a real asset to the club and we are all genuinely sorry that she’s decided to move on.

“But, that’s football.

“Opportunities in the game arise all the time and we sincerely wish her all the very best in her new job across the water at Cappielow.”

Chairman Alan Jardine added: “On behalf of DFC , I would like to thank Antonia for her valued contribution over the last six years and wish her every success in the future.”
