EVERYONE connected with Dumbarton Football Club was extremely sad to hear of the passing of long-term supporter Andy Mackie this weekend.
He was the father of Kirsty Mackie, who we also lost in tragic circumstances just over a year ago.
The club and trust send their deepest sympathies and condolences to Andy’s family and friends at this difficult time. He will be hugely missed.
Andy had not been in good health lately. He was a well known and liked figure around the club and community, contributing to supporting Dumbarton in a large variety of ways.
