SONS youth academy graduate Ally McKerracher has gone out on loan to Kilbirnie Ladeside.
Ally, whose opportunities to play in the first team have been limited, joins Joe Coleman at the Blasties whose own deal was extended earlier this month.
Having agreed terms this week, McKerracher will remain with the Valefield Park club until the end of the current season.
Manager Ian Murray said: “Ally needs to play games and hopefully the period he has with Ladeside will enable him to progress.”
This season, Ally made the subs bench 15 times and from there managed 2 appearances (v Cowden, Aug 13 & Falkirk, Oct 13).
