We’re delighted that we’ve already sold 150 tickets for our Pass it On Campaign, giving young people the chance to enjoy a season of William Hill League 2 football at The Rock – sponsored by Marbill Coaches totally free of charge.
For just £30, anyone can buy a ticket that allows a fan who would otherwise be priced out of the action to come along and attend.
The idea, introduced by owner Mario Lapointe last year, was a big success in its debut campaign – and now we’re looking to make it even more impactful, by working closely with local community groups.
DFC Executive Director Cameron Watson explained: “We were all a bit taken aback by how well last year’s campaign did, and now we’re determined to make sure each every Pass it On ticket is used for every game this season.
“We’ve reached out to a range of community groups to invite them to take advantage of free SPFL football on their doorstep, but we’re always looking to hear from more. If you run a charity or community group in and around our area, get in touch and we’d be delighted to get you involved!”
