SUPPORTERS will now be able to take part in our 50/50 half time draw on all home matchdays – even if they can’t make the game.
Participation in the draw online is now possible, with the buyer’s ticket(s) being delivered to them by email.
Tickets are still priced at £1 each and can be bought here.
Your ticket will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout and tickets can be bought right up until 15 minutes before half time on each matchday. A fee of 3p is added to cover the cost of card processing fees.
Your ticket will still be physically torn out of the book and your stub placed into the draw with the rest of the tickets, so you’ve just as much chance of winning as if you’d bought a ticket in person – the only difference being it’s in your inbox rather than your wallet.
The winning ticket number will be announced on Twitter, and via the Pixellot live stream, as well as over the tannoy as usual.
With restrictions inevitably leading to a reduction in matchday income for the club, this is an initiative that’ll hopefully mean fans unable to make it to the ground can still make a contribution and be in with the chance of winning a cash prize.
Please note that this is separate from the Dumbarton FC Online Lottery, which is drawn every Wednesday.
